Designing and Sampling
Our company possesses comprehensive in-house designing and sampling capabilities. We utilize trend forecasting and consider the preferences of our regular customers to create new garment collections. We consistently procure fresh fabrics, print designs, and accessories from our suppliers, presenting them to our customers to gather feedback and generate new ideas.
Our skilled team of designers, merchandisers, and pattern makers develop styles with appealing embellishments, seeking customer approval within specified timelines. We promptly implement necessary modifications in accordance with the buyers’ guidelines.

Production Process
United Impex has a distinctive operating model that combines an in-house manufacturing and finishing unit located in the heart of Mumbai with dedicated contract factories established through United Impex’s financial and technical assistance.In the initial stages, the production fabric undergoes meticulous inspection to prevent any fabric defects.
It is then cut and delivered to the contract factories for garment stitching. Subsequently, the garments are brought back to United Impex’s finishing unit for thorough checks, ironing, and packaging. This operating model allows for the utilization of specialized processes available at different units, ensuring adherence to quality standards and facilitating increased production capacity.

Our advanced production and finishing units, combined with a comprehensive quality assurance system, guarantee that every product leaving our factory and reaching our customers will provide the satisfaction of top-notch merchandise.
